Project-based business mode
CTPC develops a project-based mode in doing its language-related business. For each project, either huge volumes of corporate documents from multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 or a single sheet of academic record brought in by a university student, a professional account manager will be assigned to take charge of the whole process, facilitating smooth communication between the customer and our language staff, and make necessary adjustments according to the customer’s follow-up requirements.
In-process quality control
ISO 9000 certified, CTPC has developed a streamlined project management process based on its over 30 years’ experience in language service provision. In providing top-leveled language services, CTPC’s in-process quality control put emphasis on the earlier stage task assignment, translation data (glossaries, terminologies, etc.) production and provision (to our language staff), and a strict control over each version of a specific project throughout the whole process.
Customer privacy & confidentiality protection
Apart from our quality assurance in language service provision, CTPC has also accumulated rich experience in customer service, the most important of which are customer communication and customer privacy and confidentiality protection. CTPC has an excellent reputation in providing value-added service to our customers while promoting the interest of our contracted freelancers, and we will sign various confidentiality agreements with the parties concerned according to the specific requirements of our customers and their documents.
