We collaborate with you to produce translations that will leverage and expand your influence on  international and  domestic  foreign language markets. CTPC’s professional account managers  personally  facilitate  every  project  to  ensure  prompt service with the highest standards. The following is our client service process:

· Clients consult our account managers about their projects through various means (telephone, fax, email, etc)
· CTPC account managers review the specific requests of clients (and usually at least part of the documents) and reply clients with an estimate of quote and turnaround of the project within an agreed time limit
· Clients accept the estimated quote and turnaround and submit their documents for translation, CTPC account managers produce a final quote and turnaround for clients to confirm. Clients confirm and sign contracts with CTPC
· The translation workflow begins, during which CTPC account managers monitor the progress and facilitate the communication between clients and our language professionals concerning any problems or adjustments arising during the translation process
· With the completion of the project, CTPC account managers would notify the clients about the means of delivery and settlement of contracts
· CTPC account managers would provide follow-up services after delivery of the completed projects. If clients have any problems concerning the project, they may contact the account manager anytime
